In the history of Armenia, Achot IV Qadj (also spelled Achot IV Qadj or Ashod IV Qadj) was the last king of the Bagratuni Dynasty. He ursurped Hovhannes I of Ani (Armenia) in 1021 AD and ruled until 1039/1040. He was later ursurped by Gargas of Ani.
Known as Ashot the Brave and The Vailiant (Brother). He may actually be Ashot VIII Qadj by lineage, but was the 4th Ashot to hold the throne.
